Vegan yogurt is one of my favorite desserts, and so I was tempted to try and mix it with one of Evive’s smoothie flavors, the Asana. And since the result was so delicious, I told myself I couldn’t just keep it for myself and had to share it!
Yummy vegan yogurt parfait & acai berry recipe
Approx. 2 servings
Ingredients
- ½ cup of vegan yogurt
- 2 Evive Asana smoothie wheels
- ½ cup of homemade granola
Preparation
- Place the vegan yogurt at the bottom of a glass
- Let the smoothie wheels defrost at room temperature in a bowl for 20 minutes
- Crush and mix the cubes with the help of a fork in a bowl
- Add the pureed Asana smoothie into the glass
