With the recent heatwaves, what better way to cool off than a good homemade popsicle? This tropical lollipop recipe is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while being very healthy! WE LIKE THAT! (hope you will too..)
240 ml of coconut milk can (not light)
120 ml coconut water Thirsty Buddha
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 tbs of vanilla
Slices of frozen mango
3 Evive smoothie cubes Touk-Touk
Optionnal : coconut slices
Toss all ingredients in a high speed mixer except for mango slices (and coconut if used)
Mix until smooth
Add mango slices into popsicles molds
Pour the mixture and coconut if desired
Freeze for 4 hours and ENJOY!
