Who does not like chocolate and avocado?! I love it!

Here is a recipe that combines both: chocolate mousse with avocado. So simple and yet so good that I could not help but share it with you. It’s healthy, does not include refined sugar and it’s vegan.

All you need are five ingredients and a mixer. 



1 big ripe avocado (or 2 small ones)

1/4 cup of vegetable milk

1/4 cup of cocoa (ideally raw)

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract


Instructions :

Put everything in a blender. Mix until a homogeneous foam is obtained. Savor immediately or let it cool a little in the fridge.
